ABOUT:
Sheenah Ko is an Irish-Chinese producer and composer based in Saguenay. With a successful career as a keyboardist, Ko has over a decade of experience headlining internationally with bands such as The Besnard Lakes, Bedouin Soundclash, and Vincent Vallières. Now, she channels her talent into producing rich, harmonious music, blending her skills in analog synthesizers, vocals, and beat production.
With her debut album Nowhere In Time (2020), Ko stepped into the spotlight by securing a spot in the top 10 of Canadian Campus Radio’s electronic charts. The music video for her single “Wrap Me Up” triumphed at the 2021 UK Music Video Awards, winning Best Choreography (beating out Beyoncé) and earning a nomination for Video of the Year at the Juno Awards. In 2022, Ko released her second album, Future Is Now, which won Pop Album of the Year at the 2023 GAMIQ Awards. Her third full-length album, *Transformation*, released on September 27, 2024, was her first bilingual English-French album, co-produced by Félix Petit (Hubert Lenoir, Klo Pelgag), and reached number 11 on the community and college radio charts in Canada.
