Bon Enfant is a quintet as diverse as its members and their backgrounds, for whom rock is both a passion and a way of life. Formed at the end of the previous decade by Daphné Brissette and Guillaume Chiasson, the band—soon joined by Etienne Côté, Melissa Fortin, and Alex Burger—released its self-titled debut album in 2019. Immediately establishing a pop sound with infectious grooves drawing notably from folk-rock and psychedelic rock, the band returned two years later with *Diorama*, featuring an even broader palette that incorporated elements of disco, hard rock, and glam rock—a compelling blend that earned them the Félix Award for Rock Album of the Year at the 2022 ADISQ Gala. Through tours in Quebec, Europe, and the United Kingdom, the band continued to develop a permeable and open style of rock, embracing new musical niches for the future: *Demande spéciale* was released in the fall of 2024 on Duprince.
